Shipping & Delivery
We ship everything via NZ Post. A tracking number is automatically attached to your order once it's completed. If you don't receive an email with your tracking number please email us and let us know.
Once your order has been sent NZ Post is responsible. We can only run off the time frames provided by NZ Post and are not responsible for any delays due to public holidays or issues within the postal route system.
Below you can find a table detailing the estimated times for shipping. We still recommend cross checking any shipping times with Australia Post as this is just a general time frame.
Parcel Post:
New Zealand wide: 1-3 business days
Rural Delivery: 2-5 business days
